• Strict checking of all personal belongings, while entry & exit.
• 24 x 7 Video Recording setup. Each activity in the premise is recorded & monitored and the record of the same is kept for 90 days.
• Control access door at every level within the premises.
• Complete record maintenance for raw materials, wastage and printed materials.
• Verification and destruction of sensitive materials in presence of authority.
• In house server system with complete mirroring facility for data back up & Firewall facility for the secured access to the data.
• High Capacity UPS and DG for backup in case of power failure.
• We have developed an internal software application to maintain and track the each and every printed sheets record thereby ensuring the confidentiality of the job.
• Disaster Recovery Plan to backup and retrieve the entire data at a location away from our main site, ensuring the availability of data even in case of natural calamities or disasters.
